Spay/Neuter Incentive Program
We have received a donation to help YOU get your pet spayed or neutered! We will be offering $15 discounts on the cost of altering your pet. As always, the pets that are adopted through OAR are all spayed or neutered as part of the adoption. This program is to encourage all pet owners to join our spay/neuter mission.
